Handle technical support calls
Answer merchant inquiries regarding funding, account maintenance, statement issues, etc.
Maintain existing customer relationships by displaying excellent customer service and product knowledge
Assist in calls regarding account retention and rate reviews
Previous bankcard experience required
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
The ability to problem solve and multi-task
Detail oriented with superior follow through
Previous tech support experience
Gateway knowledge not required but preferred
